What is this?

I noticed my coral has this stringy stuff on it a passed couple days and on further inspection I noticed this crazy looking worm thing. I've never had pests before (that I know of) so I have no clue what this is or what to do?

could I take some bone cutter and cut it off? This side of the coral isnt happy the other side is doing great so its definitely ticked lol

Do what DSC reef said and glue that sucker.
