Looks like a type of nudibranch to me. Not sure which species. Can you take some pictures with with lights?

This made me think if it's under blues and fluorescing that means it's probably eaten and absorbed zooxanthellae from corals

From the reflection it looks like it could be a fuge light

Either way if it's in a coral QT it means it probably came on a coral, and nudis like to stay near their source of food.
