Have a lot of this growing in my tank suddenly....it’s shiny like bubble algae, buts it’s leafy, not bubbly. No one seems to be eating it so I don’t know if it’s a problem or not.

It is sea lettuce/ulva. Do you have any Tangs, foxfaces/rabbit fish, or urchins? They should all devour it.
I have a two spot bristle tooth tang but I’ve never seen him touch it! Anyway, it doesn’t sound like a bad thing so I guess I won’t worry! Thanks for the info.

I have the same stuff, only it is strictly growing out of the shells of my trochus snails I purchased from @AlgaeBarn , somewhat amusing, but my whitetail bristletooth tang refuses to eat it. I'm hoping my urchin can get to it or I'll be stuck manually removing it. Maybe I will dab a tiny bit of kalkpaste on the spot where it's poping up on their shells. Just recently bought some more of the stuff for my algae reactor as well, maybe I could have just transplanted it from my snail shells.
