Looks like amphipods. They almost look like crickets to me and can get quite big.

Looks like gammarid isopods and a limpet (top picture bottom left and left of pod). To validate look at the link below for both. Both are good guys if they are.

Yeah. They eat whatever they can find really. Leftover bits of food, algae, and detritus (I’m assuming.) I have some big ones in my tank and they hide during the day and seem to be only brave enough to come out at night. My fish don’t hunt for them like I wish they would. Good meal for shrimps though.
