I’ll try to get a better picture when he pops up again... he looks like a centipede and bolted when I shined my flashlight

That’s what I was hoping for! He just seems like a really big amphipod, and I have a bunch in my tank... nothing close to size and shape though.

I'm 99% sure is amphipod/pod of some sorts
