What is this?

Saw this in my tank a few weeks and thought it was part of the rock. Until it wasn't there anymore. This is the first time I've seen it again since. Anyone know what it is? And should I be worried? Sorry for poor picture quality.

I just looked that up. I think you're right. And that would make since bc I just turned on my lights and it, very slowly, went back into hiding.
