All of the sudden out of no where I see this little guy. Should I be concerned? I know for a fact that I didn’t add him.

Asterina starfish. Can become problematic. However, I haven't had any issues from the few I've seen in my tank.

I haven't had any issues. But they have been reported to snack on coral. I just haven't seen it myself so can't confirm.

Now that I say that, I'll find a dozen on my favorite acro, lol.
