It's on the glass but now it's on the sand. Just move and quickly swims around sometimes.

Weird way to explain it but it just zooms around. It waddles on the sand, zooms, lands and then back to a little waddling. Someone told me is looks like albalone. I don't know what any of those are or if they're bad or not.

If there was any way to catch it and put it in a container it'd make ID'ing it easier.

Abalone are a snail. They do not swim. I think it looks more like an isopod as well.

Some are, they are like ticks for fish. A select few are good.

You should positively identify it. It's really hard to tell from those pics. If it's the bad kind toss it in the garbage.

You can look them up and compare to what you have. Can you see dark eyes from the top? If they are close together they are the bad kind. If they are far apart like near the sides then they are the good kind.

It doesn't have any dots. It's just white/clear.

Looks like a Sphaeromatid isopod. Harmless.
