White cylinder coming out of the base of the torch (from where it was cut from the mother colony) in 2 places. The pictures aren't the greatest, my phone struggles to focus well zoomed in. My torch has had poor polyp extension on 2 of the 3 heads for a few weeks now. I originally thought it was from a drop in pH, but that is corrected. I just moved the torch about 2 inches higher in the tank because it was in a crevice without a lot of flow. Light shouldn't have changed much, my lights aren't great (aqueon bar light 2x daylight, 1x actinic). Hammer and Duncan are both doing well. I have a lot of jewel anemones, but they're not anywhere where they could be stinging.

Parameters:
pH 8.2
Alk 8.6 dkh
Calc 500ppm
Mg (don't have a kit)
Nitrate 10-15 ppm
Phosphate (don't have a kit - I run Aluminum Oxide to keep it low)
Temp 78 F

Other usefuls: 45g cube, overhang filter and skimmer. I dose Reef Plus 1 cap 4 times a week (instructions are 1 cap for 20g twice a week). I dose Reef Complete 1 cap twice a week (cutting that back for high Ca). I feed Oyster feast twice a week for corals. Only the duncan does well with spot feeding. I also do a 20% water change every other week. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Most likely bleaching from the light intensity. Move it lower to the sand bed and or give it some shade from your rock work if possible. Reduce your lights intensity or how long it's on. Or raise you light higher.

The light fixture your using may not have the proper light spectrum for LPS corals. What light is it?

The white cylinder thing looks like a Vermatid snail. I agree with flippers4pups that it’s getting too much light. Also, I’d check your po4. If it’s 0, I’d recommend bringing it up to anything readable under .1
If 0, cut off your phosphate removal media.

Vermetid or tube worm, but Vermetid likely

The light is an aqueon bar light with 3 led bars (2x daylight 10k and 1x actinic). The torch was bleached when I bought it, but at the time, I was new enough I didn't realize it was bleached. The lights are on 8 hours/day. I can't change intensity, they're either on or off. If I run less than 8 hours a day everything else starts to look a bit sad. Too much more than 8 and I get lots of algae.

I have a pair of forceps, so I'll go after them and see if it's vermetid tomorrow. I have lots of them on the rockwork, so they likely got under the frag without me noticing.
