Looks like aptasia or green hair algae to me but I’m new here too so hopefully more people will help! If it is green hair algae I’d suggest getting on it right away, not fun to deal with.

If it's the white stringy stuff it just looks like bacterial strands which are harmless. You're probably still going through the "uglies" stage of your tank....increase your flow and that should take care of it.
