What is this?

Please help me identify this. Just started noticing it in my sump the last few days. Pinkish red slim like algae I assume. But of course not sure. What do you guys think?

Bacteria of some sort. Pinkish, cream colored slime? I see it when I dose carbon and it's never been an issue
