Probably diatoms from lack of flow. How old is the tank

It looks like a bristle worm, when blown up

Flow can also help but so will snails, clean up crew, and fish whenever all that starts getting added

I put two fishes two weeks ago, and week ago a cleaning shrimp. I took a sample of my water to the LFS and they told me it was the moment to! And for adding clean up crew I guess I will have to wait until more algae comes up, am I right?. Anyway I was thinking about adding some Nassarius snails to start cleaning up the sand!

These guys are great!!

I was thinking about getting
Trochus snails, astraeas turbo snails (or the mexican turbo snails), cerith snails, nassarius snails and maybe some dwarf blue leg hermit crabs
