Hey guys!
So I have a 6 mo old tank, water pramaters are great, I do weekly water changes, and change filters weekly. Lighting for 8-10 hours a day on medium levels.
What is this? My LFS thinks it is just coralline algae trying to grow, but I keep blowing it off with a baster. With the little knowledge on algae that I have, I think it may be cyano or dinos ? It looks great, super nice purple color that matches my other coralline, but gets whisky after awhile.. also i see some very small growth on the glass next to my sand. Lastly, I have bubbles that won’t pop in my aquarium and I believe it’s because I do not have a protein skimmer yet. But the bubbles also form on the purple mystery. I’ve included a pic of both. What is it? Pics attached. I APPRECIATW ANY ADVICE OR LINKS!
