What is this!?

I've already seen this more or less a year ago coming out of an acans mouth. Back then I just removed it but now I need to know what it is.

This time it was just laying on a rock (dead spot) and didn't seem to move at all.

It's very fluorescent and about 2 cm / 0.8 inches long.

Any idea what this could be?

Ok, I thought about it and it may be one of my anemones tentacles. But the first time I saw this it came out of an acans mouth! Could it be something else than a tentacle?

Looks like a stray tentacle to me. ..... The Acan could have been trying to eat it.
