Pretty sure you guys getting tired of seeing my post on the same thing. But I’m no longer sure what I see is ich on my fish. My blue tang has gotten a lot worse since I seperate him into a tank on his own. Any ideas what illness it has?

How comes the spots look so much deeper as if leaving 3D marks on the fish lots of bumps and lumps sticking of the blue tang never seen ich like that before ?
