What is this?

Have this on the frag plug under my hammer, it sticks out like a fan worm minus the crown. I think i see another as well on another plug. Had the hammer for a couple months, did a dip when i got it and this wasn't on it at the time as well.

It’s a tube snail. KILL IT. I just hat to remove a bunch from a rock in my tank because they were bothering by coral and anemone. Cut it with a bone cutter or even nail clippers just make sure to cut it at the base and crush it

Thank you, will do, I been meaning to get a bone cutter, i have a sharp pair of wire snips will use, i will just make sure they are free of oil.

That’s a vermetid snail. Just like someone mentioned, crush it at the base with a tool.
