Any idea what the circular white things are noticed them today, I know there’s some kind of flatworms there too not sure if good or bad

Could be limpets. Are they flat ?

Tiny curly white shells are spirorbid worms. Not sure that's what I'm looking at though.

Are those also soft or hard?
