An anemone of some sort, it looks very unhappy. Have you added any nems lately? I would assume by the column color it's a BTA of some sort.

Oh ok I haven’t but I do have one in the tank it’s a ruby bta so maybe it split. Also if it’s unhappy don’t they move because the other ones moved around my rock scape.
