Anyone have any insight on what this is? On the glass on my reef tank.

Snail eggs i would say.

+1 for snail eggs. Though don't expect babies, most the time they eaten by other critters in your tank, and when they hatch they get lost in the water column as most of the snails we keep in the hobby are pelagic when hatched.
