Better photo if possible would help, try to take it straight on with the aquarium not at any angle.

Otherwise google bubble algae, if it's not the same looking thing, then take a better photo for sure.
 
Can you take a clearer photo and under white lights?
 
+1 on the emerald crabs. My foxface also nibble at it. Between the two, they almost keep it under control in my tank.
 
Looks like bubble algae there's a crab that eats this algae can't remember its name know somebody else here might know what the name of that crab is no it's not Mr Krabs from SpongeBob
 
Ugh! I think k it is bubble algae. What's strange is i have an emerald crab slready

If you can remove the rock and then remove the bubble algae you're golden!
 
Thats clearly bubble algae, if you pop them they will spread more. I used a tank vacuum and picked them out while I vacuumed. Emerald crabs also help, heard they sometimes won't eat it thou
