What is this???

I found this in my tank today and I have no clue what it is or where it came from.... The only things I have in my tank are miniature seahorses, a starfish, small snails, and small hermit crabs

My sister just told me she put it in my tank. It’s supposed to be some kind of mini fake decorative mermaid purse..
