What is this?

I noticed on my live rock 2 of these and wondering if i need to do anything

They seem to be some sort of worms that get inside there white tube when disturbed

They look like feather dusters, but the photo is not clear

+1 Looks like red feather duster worms, but it is hard to tell more specifically without a more detailed picture. Look them up and confirm if they match what you are seeing.

Feather dusters are harmless filter-feeders, as far as I have found in my research.

Harmless, you'll eventually find a bunch in your overflow and sump
