Wild....no clue but tuning in for this potential ID.

Could be some sort of hydrozoan sp. not sure but would like to know as well.

Looks like it could be Cystoseira Sp.

Thanks for the replies! Cystoseira looks like it could be it.
As a further clue I tried touching it and it's stiff like a stick.

I would let it grow out more and see if the shape or anything changes. It looks like you have a lot of neat things growing on that rock!

I think I've found that it is Acanthophora spicifera.

But yeah lots of funky stuff growing on this rock
