What is this?

Found two of these in my tank this morning when I turned on the lights, they don’t seem to hide now and are running around the sand. What are they? Amphipods?

I only have a chromie in the tank (it’s my corals and crustaceans tank). Will I need to get someone to eat them?

You don't need anything to remove them. They're beneficial algae grazers. Almost every tank has them.
