I assume hair algae that is on the rocks (i think because of the excess nutrients from the past dino issues), but what is the green stuff on the sand and the transparent webbing on the candy cane? Thanks in advance.

What's your TDS on your RO Water? Looks like a Hair Algae outbreak, had a issue like this a few months ago the RO Water had high TDS, I switched to a different set up and the issue went away .0 TDS now..
