And see I couldn’t find anything when I was researching it I have no clue what it could be, and I can’t get any better pictures. This is from the side this morning looks more like a nem now. It was suctioned to the side of the frag container.

Than it's probably aiptasia.
Aiptasia can move a lot when they chose too. They are a rather fast anemone.

Oh okay, it has settled and stuck to the side of the frag cup and looks more like an anemone this morning.
