I have this weird looking algae on just one side of my tank? Probably a difference in lights I guess. But anyways, what kind of algae would this be? I had GHA in the past but finally managed to get a handle on that for a while, now here we are again with a different looking algae

Looks to be hair algae unfortunately... How are those nutrients looking? If its just on a small section of the tank it can be quick fix.

One solution would be to remove the rocks from the tank and scrub them down really well to remove as much Hair algae as possible and replace them. Reducing phosphates is an absolute necessity hear. Manual removal will ensure a quick fix and reducing phosphates to more appropriate levels preferably 0.05-0.03. The way to beat GHA is to starve it. Make sure your nitrates are also in a good balance. To much phosphate means that the hair algae has a hold on the nutrients. Balanced levels will ensure an equal distribution of nutrients to all the algae in your tank rather than just the hair algae which will dramatically slow its growth.
