I’ve posted multiple times. Everyone says Dino’s I just can’t believe it tank is fairly new 4 months old I’m doing chamiclean rn to see if it’s cyano bibles have left now it’s very fuzzy

This may not - that looks like dinos. It's also possible you had both and now you just have diatoms, or you still have dinos but you're beaten them back substantially. It's sometimes hard to tell from images (probably about as challenging as trying to get a good, clear image sometimes).

I see you have a starfish. Any other cleanup crew lurking about? Cleanup crew that can tackle dinos: ring cowries and spiny star astrea snails (those two specificallyj.

Recommend just blowing the rocks off and syphon it out? I’ve got a lot of crap floating around the tank which makes it unpleasant

I don't know what all you have in your tank, but yeah - I would.
