What is this? They have a net just like vermetids but are much larger (size of a zoa polyp).
its easy to see the mouths move with the naked eye.

Hard to tell but it could just be a larger vermetid. There are several species that are larger than what we think of as the coffin vermetid

I think you’re right. When i took out the stone into a separate bucket and crushed the buggers I could see the characteristic spiral pattern further down, except significantly larger.
