What is This?

Looks like bubble algae. You can try an emerald crab as supposedly they eat it. I'm sure others who have battled this have other suggestionsThis has developed on one of my Zoa frags - any idea what it is?

Can you take them out and try to remove the algae that may help?

You have a few kinds of algae, so your best bet is to find the root cause. Unbalanced parameters, an excess of red and green spectrum lighting, and an understaffed cuc might all be reasons.
As for the bubble algae, as suggested above, if the frag is not glued down, take it out of the tank and just remove the algae. You can use tweezers, or even just your fingernail.
If the coral can't be easily removed, you can do the same thing inside the tank. Just try using a net or similar to catch the bubbles once they are free.
And don't worry if you pop them! Only some types of bubble algae reproduce that way, and even in those, spores are only present in larger, mature bubbles.
