Hard to say from the pics, you're asking about the stringy stuff?

As an aside, what size tank do you have? My impression it's not very large or aquascaped very well for the fish you have.

My guess based on what you've said is some kind of cyano but it should have some color besides "white". Listing your parameters and lighting conditions would be greatly help[full. To be blunt though, based on the pictures and comments I suspect you're unclear of many of the processes that are going on and strongly encourage you to find a very experienced local reefer who can look at your system and advise you on what's going on.

Well, I check my parameters daily and I have someone who helps me and I haven’t had any issues At all till now. However I’m trying to figure out what caused this outbreak. But thanks for your concern.

Again, you are not providing enough information ... Here are a few things that will be helpful:

Aquarium Parameters:
Aquarium type: Reef, Fish-only, Quarantine tank
Aquarium water volume
Filtration type
Lighting
How long has the aquarium been established?
Digital image of the aquarium under white light

Water quality (be sure to indicate what measurement units you are using)
Temperature
pH
Salinity / specific gravity
Ammonia
Nitrite
Nitrate
Phosphate
Alkalinity

Your water also looks cloudy, which says to me that it’s a bacteria bloom. How old is the tank? Have you started carbon dosing (including nopox)? If you are carbon dosing, try lowering the dose by 25%. Either way, or should go away in its own, though a UV sterilizer will speed it up. You need to increase oxygenation (skimmer, air stone, point wavemakers at the surface), the bacteria can consume all the oxygen in the tank and asphyxiate your fish, otherwise it’s harmless.
