Found it’s in my Evo 13.5 intake media chamber 1. Doesn’t seem to be moving but
Can’t figure out what they are. There’s a lot of them.

They are harmless filter feeders. A sign that you are on the right track! Good job!

I'm not sure much will eat them. They'll generally decline in number after the initial population explosion, but you'll always have some. I wouldn't call them "good", they don't do much for you, but they're certainly not harmful. "Neutral, mildly interesting, decent indicator of tank progress" is more like it.

Pineapple sponges. They'll go away as soon as nutrients for them aren't available . Harmless unless they clog plumbimg.
