Looks like a candy cane (Caulastrea).

It is a candy cane but I mean the white things.

There's a lot of algae on the skeleton... The white things might be spirobids but it's hard to tell. I assume they aren't easily removed?

Spiorbids and a few pineapple sponges. All harmless.

Either a caulastrea or astraeosmilia.
