I've been finding quite a few of these popping up around the tank. At first I thought they were flatworms, but they don't move at all and have to be scraped off. Are they some kind of snail egg or other invert? Any and all help is appreciated.

Nerite they are and will likely not hatch as they often become food for occupants and also need cooler temps for hatching
