Looks like just short algae to me, rather common during the ugly phase

I know your tank is rather old now however IME, tanks tend to go through the uglies when they’re closer to 6 months in. I can’t figure out why however I believe it could be them establishing the nutrients for a more consistent period.

I don’t believe green cyano is in salt water and the ones we generally see in the hobby is red cyano.
