What are these 3 dots on my foxface

May be a post injury or sting that has developed a bacterial infection and can even be grains of sand BUT pic is very fuzzy to confirm. Assure your camera lens and tank glass are clean for pics

It’s hard to get a good picture with them moving

And it does not look like a bacterial infection because it looks like it’s stuck to his coat but it’s been there for days now and it’s almost cotton looking

Looks like ich to me. Especially the location of it. Just feed heavy for a couple weeks and should go away on its own. Try not to stress him too much or your other fish during this time to let them be chill and it will pass.
