A bit fuzzy, but looks like colonial hydroids to me. Some people consider them a nuisance, as they have a tendency to spread. I've personally never had a problem with them getting out of control.

pic is fuzzy, could be hydroids but will need a better pic for a full ID. if it is c. hydroids i can help with that as i have dealt with them (as in dealt i freaked out and tried to razor blade them off they are quite hard to get rid of sadly) but as i said do freak out until we properly ID them

Ido not mind it just wonder why it suddenly showed up . I have not added to the tank for months

Hydroid populations tend to flare up when there is sufficient amounts of nutrients and organic particulates floating around in the water. Before conditions are ripe, there may just be few, out sight and out of mind, on the rockwork.

colonial hydroids they are and you can direct water flow towards them- not at them to prevent food from reaching them and they'll starve.
Option 2 is apply gel superglue over the top of them and again they will seize and starve
Option 3 - Mix water and kalkwasser into a paste and remove rock and smother them for several minutes on a separate container with tank water- or 3% hydrogen Peroxide
