What is this ?

I passed by my frag tank before going to bed and found this. Its flatworm but its very big. It’s crawling very fast with antennae. I managed to take it out.
I searched with my flash for any others or eggs but didn’t find any.

its frag tank with only hammers and blasto. I dipped and put them there for more than 60 days now and was planning to move them to dt tomorrow.

what is this? And how to deal with it?
