What is this????

Hello everyone. I’ve been battling I don’t even know what for the last month or two. Can anyone tell me what it is? No matter how much I clean my glass or rocks it comes back within a week. Please help

Looks like algae

You can’t really see it in pics but there’s also bubbles coming from it. It’s not green it’s more of a brown. It has completely covered my rocks and back glass
