What is up with my torch?

Was feeding and noticed this brown spot on my torch? Is this something I need to address, if so how?

It looks like one of the polyps is damaged (alongside the smaller green ones). You could try dipping it in something like Polyp Lab Reef Primer, but you could also try leaving it for a few days to see if it improves on its own.
