What are your parameters? How long has the tank been set up? What kind of lighting do you have etc? The more information you can provide the better.
Anemones are not really the easiest of creatures to keep. It's usually recommended to wait until the tank is at least 8-12 months old before adding one. The environment just seems to be a lot more stable now as opposed to the first 6 months or so.

The tank is about 5 months old and I've had the anemone for 2 months and it's been fine. All parameters were fine yesterday

This is what I can test
nitrate is 19
nitrite is .5
alk is 180
ph is 8.3
salinity is between 1.024 and 1.025

Looks like it's splitting to me. Now if it's mouth was gaping I'd say it was melting away

I don't think nems split like that. I might have been splitting before but dying now....The only time their feet are letting go I think is when they are about to be dead. I hope I was wrong!

Thanks for the help and yep it was dieing. I don't know what caused it. All lvls in the tank where good except the ammonia was a little high it was like .5

If you tested ammonia with an API test kit, it's pretty much worthless as those things will read ammonia on RO/DI water. Good rule of thumb for the future, if you're going to own an anemone invest in good test kits and have Cipro on hand. This should have been into a Ht starting treatment as soon as you found it like this along with a full gamut of water tests to see if something in your water caused it.
