What is wrong with my clownfish?

one of my clownfish just recently started doing this weird swimming around surface.
can anyone tell me what could it be?

is this normal behavior or sign of sickness?

You may have a bonded pair here. I have 4 breeding pairs and this is what they do to keep area clean.

They do the same thing in the anemone, or in the case of mine, they did it in hairy mushrooms.
