What is wrong with my fish?

Hey everyone, I am currently tresting my fish for ich right now in my hospital tank and ome of my tangs isnt doing to good.. he has gotten worse it seems as the other have been getting better. He has weird markings on his face and his fins look beat up. Is this lateral line disease caused by the stress of what's happening and or the others messing with him? Any help would be great.

somebody might be attacking him, watch the tank from a vantage point with the lights off in the room. also could be bacterial hard to tell from the pics though.

Thank you for your response. Until today hes been hiding out of site at all times of the day. What would help fix it is it is a bacterial infection?

treating with antibiotics, but if hes hiding and you have other tangs in the qt tank i would say he might be being bullied so try to rule that out first.

I do have other tangs in there. I'm putting copper in there now. So the bullying can cause the face Mark's?

the bullying can cause the fin tears, the face marks on the other hand could be from either ich parasites, or from Head and lateral line erosion its hard for me to tell from the pics they are very dark. what part per million are you running copper at?

I can try and get a better picture in a bit. I try to keep it at .50ppm. He seems a little twitchy too, like hell float there and randomly twitch it seems
