I’ve had an outbreak of something in my display tank at first I thought it was ich, then velvet, then Brooklynella. All the fish in that have had it died in my hospital tank. Under his tale is red and his fins are turning white. Is there any hope?

I’ve had 4 fish die

The picture isn’t great. The description sounds like ich though. It starts as individual spots, but as it progresses it takes on an appearance similar to brook.
Beat course of action is to get all survivors into copper (either copper power or coppersafe) as soon as possible.

Sadly the puffer just died, the only two survivors are a bamboo shark and a blue spotted puffer. I’ve been dosing my tank with the fish keeper. My only puffer has no signs of ich. How long should I wait before trying to add another fish?

Any fish that was exposed should be considered infected. I would t be adding new fish until the survivors are treated.
Sharks are tricky with meds, it may be best to hold it isolated for at least 60 days.

Need brighter white images and more than top down view

you should not consider adding new fish until you've treated the fish you have - usually with copper (tough with sharks) - and prazipro. then - you should leave your tank fallow (display) for I would suggest 8 weeks since you don't know what's going on - and as @vetteguy53081said - pictures of the current fish and their condition would be helpful

Does the puffer show any symptoms? Sharks are resistant to ich and brooklynella, but not velvet. Puffers are not really resistant to ich or velvet.

I had never heard of "fish keeper" so I looked it up - they don't list the ingredients on the Internet, do they list them on the bottle? If not, it can be considered as possible snake oil, as any true medication will have the ingredients listed, and those can then be referenced against medication doses in the literature.

It is a sad state of affairs, but any company can produce aquarium tonics and there is no oversight for this. If you read their ad however, they don't actually say this is a treatment for any acute disease. Your fish dying is an acute event and needs to have some other action taken. This product is only being sold as an immune booster. Once a fish has an active disease, it can't be controlled through immunity boosting alone.
