What is wrong with my snail?

I have a turbo snail, he has been doing great! I have had him in my tank with my two corals for a month. Today he started to look, for lack of a better word, wrinkled. I have posted what he usually looks like (under blue lights) and then what he looked liked today. Has anyone had this issue?

It's funny you should say that. I just had to glue down my zoanthid because he was being a jerk and kept knocking it off the rock I had it placed on!
