What is wrong with my Tang?

A vouple of days ago I bought this nice Tang.

Now, a few days (from day 2) later I started to notice some marks on him.

Does anyone know what it is and if it needs treatment?

He eats normally and behaves normally.

I will. My previous post didnt turn up so I made another one. But then the old one turned up aswell
