Notice one my unicorn tang this white spot/growth on the end of his top fin bachk by its tail. What is wrong with my little buddy....doesn't seem to be anything else wrong and he eats like a pig. Any help would be nice thanks.

It's quite large. How long have you had him? How long has the white growth been there? Did it start small and grow to this size over time or did it show up recently already that big? Also, can you get a clearer picture of it?
I have had him for about three weeks now and it didn't have it when I bought him. It just popped up two days ago about the same size. @melypr1985

Well I'm hoping for lymph, but I've never seen it get that big in just a couple days.
Example:
Though it doesn't always present in such a dramatic fashion as you see above.
Does it look as if it's full of liquid or air? Or is it solid looking?
Also, he's very very skinny. Are you making sure he has enough Nori to fatten him up?
