What is wrong with my yellow watchman goby

I have had him for about 10 months now with no issues, but a little less than a month ago he got a large white spot with a sore in the middle. It is getting worse but it is happening slowly.

Bacterial infection I think. Quarantine and run antibiotics would be best bet. Kanaplex and metroplex or NFG for infections. @HotRocks any advice? I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination

+1 ^^^ bacterial. Need to act rather fast for this one. NFG or Furan2 + Kanaplex are needed ASAP

Agree with @Crabs Mcjones and @Big G

My go to would be NFG as well.
If you don't have that on hand. As recommended Kanaplex+Furan-2 should do the trick.

Treat in QT. Use for 10-14 days regardless of how quick the infection starts to improve.
