What is wrong with my Zoanthids?

My Zoanthids seem to be melting away. Everything else seems fine. I tested the water and the phosphates were slightly too high, other than that, everything was within speck. The only other thing is I recently got a new Mars Aqua light. Could that be doing it?

Define "within speck", please list all of the parameters and tell more about your complete setup. The chalice is browning out as well so something is a little off.
