What is wrong with my Zoas?

My Zoas used to lie flat but recently the petals (not sure the scientific word) agre stretched upwards and bent, and I don’t seem to be getting growth (used to have lots) any suggestions please? Light and flow haven’t changed

What are nitrate and phosphate levels?
My zoas like 10 to 20 ppm and 0.1 ppm.

They may be reaching for extra food. Do you target or broadcast feed? AB+, phyto, phylo, reef roads, etc?
